Petzl VASAK LLU 12 universal crampons
VASAK crampons are classic crampons for mountain hiking. With 12 spikes, they provide good stability and traction in terrain from glaciers to snow couloirs. It is produced in two different lacing options to suit different types of shoes, with or without grooves on the toe and heel.
Designed for traditional alpinism:
- 12 spikes for better grip and walking comfort
- Two long, wide front spikes offer effective traction and solid grip on hard snow
- ANTISNOW anti-snow pads reduce snow build-up on cats in various snow conditions
- Available with two different lacing systems to adapt to different types of shoes, with or without grooves on the toe and heel: LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL for shoes with grooves, FLEXLOCK for shoes without grooves
- Two-stage connecting crossbars for a wide range of shoe sizes (36-50)
- Tool-free size adjustment
- It uses steel for maximum durability
- Optimum weight: maximum 895 g with anti-snow pads
- Front parts, heel parts, anti-snow pads and binding can be freely changed and combined as needed
- Compatible with all front calipers to suit most shoe types, with or without toe grooves: rigid, flexible, telemark or snowboard shoes
