Zipp's top aero weapon is faster than ever, thanks to our patented Total System Efficiency (TSE) technology and significant weight savings. The 858 gives you the benefits of our tall rims at the weight usually associated with rims that are 20mm lower.

The inner width of the rim is 23 mm, ideal for running wider tires to reduce rolling resistance. TSE technology thus helps you overcome the four obstacles to speed: wind resistance, gravity, rolling resistance and vibration losses. The undulating 82-85mm high rim shape of the 858 NSW, ippš patented Sawtooth profile, is the most powerful design for aero efficiency and crosswind stability. The 858 NSW features Zipp's Carbon Internal Reinforcement (CiR) which creates a rim that is just as strong as previous wheels.

In the center of the 858 NSW, the Cognition V2 hub is engineered with the Axial Clutch V2 mechanism for faster engagement and lower friction, as well as increased durability. Disc brakes offer more reliable braking force modulation and braking performance in all weather conditions.
