"RYOT55 - THE NEW LAW OF AERODYNAMICS!"

The top aero model in the FFWD range also uses a rim with LAW TECH technology in its second generation, where LAW stands for "Laminar Airflow Wing". This proprietary FFWD design optimizes aerodynamics and stiffness especially when used with wider shoes. The wheels are designed for universal use on both road and gravel and are optimized for perfect power transfer and airflow. Compared to the first generation of the RYOT model, the new wheels have rims manufactured using the same technology as the higher RAW model, which led to a noticeable weight saving, while the durability of the wheels remained uncompromising. The used external brass nipples facilitate serviceability and increase the durability of the wheels. The spokes are a combination of Sapim CX Ray and CX Sprint wires in a 2:1 ratio, which contributes to better tension distribution in the spokes and balanced stiffness on both sides. The whole thing is completed by the legendary DT Swiss 240 hubs in the EXP Straightpull version. Within modern wide universal braided wheels, this is a unique ratio between excellent performance and price.
