Zonda C17 are new road bikes with an aluminum rim with an inner width of 17mm. Tire design, steel spokes, Campagnolo nut with the possibility of conversion to Shimano/Sram
Campagnolo Zonda C17 have been proven for years, significantly innovated road tires with an aluminum rim. The rim is newly wider, with an internal width of 17 mm. A wider rim offers better connection with wider tires (ideally 25mm or 28mm ) which results in better aerodynamics.
List of technologies on the wheels used: MILING - milling off part of the surface of the rims reduces their peripheral weight and enables extremely high acceleration values to be achieved
rim that compensates for its imbalance caused by the valve hole
ULTRA-FIT - enables simple, quick and safe assembly of the jacket
MOMAG - eliminates the need to use tape under the tube (the surface of the rim under the tube is completely smooth with only one hole for the valve)
DIFFERENTIATED RIMHE different rim height of the front and rear wheels (26 mm / 30 mm) allows the front wheel to react quickly and the rear wheel to use the rider's energy as efficiently as possible
SPOKES ANTI-ROTATION SYSTEM - ensures the wire in an optimal aerodynamic position
MEGA G-3 SPOKE PATTERN -ensures the spoke of the right and left side of the rear wheel, reduces the pretension value of the spoke, increases the torsional stiffness of the wheels and is related to it. it transfers energy, eliminates the occurrence of vibrations, even for riders with a higher weight
SPOKES WITH AERODYNAMIC PROFILE - stainless steel aero spokes give the wheels excellent aerodynamic properties and enable more efficient power transmission, the different diameter of the wires ensures that the required pre-tension of the spokes is achieved with an even load ALUMINUM AXLE - duralumin oversize axles of the hubs increase the torsional stiffness of the wheels and reduce the weight of the hubs to the lowest possible level
ALUMINUM HUB BODY - wheel hub bodies made of duralumin increase the torsional rigidity of the wheels and reduce the weight of the hubs and increase its ability to accelerate
CUP AND CONES BEARINGS - ball bearings in combination with cones offer easy maintenance, even easier adjustment and a long service life
