FULCRUM Rapid Red Carbon wheels are the ideal solution for demanding riders looking for a top product with "made in Europe" technology.
The Rapid Red family of wheels now boasts a set of wheels designed for those who want to explore new terrains and new trails with a touch of extra speed. The model is a reactive, light and reliable wheel for gravel. Lightness and reactivity are guaranteed by a carbon rim with an asymmetric S-Shape profile. This technology improves the balance between peak voltages. Optimized balance ensures long-term performance levels. In addition, the unique shape of the rim profile increases stiffness by 2.5% compared to the traditional U-shaped profile.
To achieve maximum performance with tubeless tires, the Rapid Red Carbon rims are equipped with a tubeless bridge without drilling: 2-Way Fit. The undrilled bridge has a C-Lux Finish that looks like a mirror and makes shell installation easier.
The wheel assembly is complemented by FULCRUM's patented Mo-Mag technology, which uses a simple and ingenious solution to seat the nipple on the rim opening using a magnet. The rim has a 30mm high profile with a mini-hook system that extends its compatibility with a wider range of pressures. In addition, the dimensional accuracy of the rim ensures greater safety against the tire running off the rim at low pressure, thanks to the larger contact area available with the larger inner rim width of 25 mm.
