Kinetic Rock and Roll, which belongs to the absolute top among trainers thanks to a completely realistic feeling of riding as in normal on-the-road training.

The resistance unit uses liquid, temperature-stable silicone, which changes the load completely automatically and is also mounted on rubber silenblocks, which allow the trainer to move sideways.

This not only strengthens the legs, but also the muscles in the middle part of the body due to the need to maintain balance. Thanks to this, you will train the necessary techniques such as balance, pedaling and more in the winter.

The exercise of the trainer is quiet and smooth and, like all Kinetic trainers, it is maintenance-free and indestructible.

It also offers an extension of the basic small flywheel with a weight of 2.8 kg up to 8.2 kg, thanks to which the feeling of driving will be completely realistic without significant changes in the power curve.

In the T-2810 Smart 2 variant, the simulator includes a perfect wattmeter with power measurement, pedaling cadence, speed and distance. The trainer can be connected via Bluetooth to a PC, tablet or single device and take advantage of applications such as Kinetic Fit, Zwift, Rouvy or Trainer Road.
