The Rock and Roll trainer with a new intelligent Control unit - a brake electromagnet that is controlled by the "Kinetic Fit" application, in which you set your training style and the unit and the entire trainer behave according to this setting. The Control unit can perfectly simulate driving uphill (up to 10%) and is suitable for strength training (max. Resistance 1800 watts) or special performance training.
In the Kinetic Fit app, you can plan your own training and determine at which kilometer the hill should be, how long it should be and how steep it should be. You can then share the exact measured data with any "Bluetooth" device connected using the exclusive "Kinetic Fit" application for iPhone or Android phones.
Communication with the trainer takes place using ANT + FE-C
The massive flywheel provides a realistic feeling of driving on the road while offering surprisingly quiet operation.
Compatible with Kinetic Fit, Zwift, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, Kinomap, The Sufferfest and FulGaz applications.
