The P ZERO Race SL is the result of a never-ending research and development process, a racing wheel that achieves the same parameters of speed and handling as its predecessor, but is significantly lighter. Pirelli achieved the same driving performance offered by a standard latex inner tube and a record low weight (275 g) thanks to the use of an innovative inner tube. The racers thus gain an unexpected advantage. The P ZERO Race SL sets a new standard for racing shoes both for World Tour riders and amateurs.

High performance braided structure with an added layer of fabric that sits underneath the tread to provide high cut resistance. As a result, the casing can provide puncture resistance in a wide range of conditions. The combination of this layer and the layers of the braid framework allows to achieve the most effective parameters of rolling resistance and weight for this construction for use with the inner tube.
