The thumb pressure test is no longer necessary. From now on, the pressure will be guarded by the AIRSPY spy helper. The portable digital pressure gauge transmits accurate real-time data to compatible cycling computers or smartphones with the SKS MYBIKE application installed.
The compact and lightweight SKS AIRSPY air pressure sensor gives bikers the confidence that they are riding with optimal pressure. After deployment, it constantly checks the pressure in the casing. The sensor is dustproof and waterproof.
It uses Bluetooth or ANT+ to transmit accurate data in real time to a compatible cycle computer or smartphone on which the SKS MYBIKE application is installed.
The application not only displays the current air pressure, but also the temperature and battery status of the sensor. If the unobtrusive "air spy" detects a change in pressure, it will emit a warning sound.
AIRSPY can also be used as a portable digital gauge, with which you can measure the pressure every time the tire is inflated.
Unscrew the valve cap, loosen the valve, screw in the valve adapter, slide the AIRSPY sensor onto it and tighten. You can inflate and ride.
AIRSPY is offered as a set of 2 pieces for the front and rear wheel. It is suitable for use with all types of AV / SV valves and most Dunlop valves, including tubeless tires. It contains a CR2032 battery and a safety hook, with which you can catch the Airspy on the string in the wheel and thus make it difficult to steal it.
