Cush Core XC rim insert, set
CushCore was developed as a special foam insert for jackets. The volume of the shell is divided into two chambers. The goal is to achieve better driving characteristics than with a normal tubeless system. So it is not just about protection against shell puncture.
CushCore absorbs shocks, prevents the walls of the tire from collapsing in turns and reduces the transmission of vibrations. It thus acts as a damping unit for your tires ensuring a faster and smoother ride.
The system is designed to work with tubeless rims and tires and is compatible with all tubeless sealants.

Compatibility
- CushCore is compatible with all tubeless tires (by size and width)
- Can be used with 1.8-2.4" tires
- Can be used with rim width 22-32 mm
- It is necessary to install tubeless tape in the rim
- For better function, it is recommended to use in combination with a tubeless sealant (for example, NoTubes Stans)
- The ideal accessory for electric mountain bikes
Weight
- CushCore weighs similar to a standard butyl core
- 29" - 150 g
- 27.5" - 140 g
- It is then possible to compensate the weight by using lighter tires and thus save several hundred grams.
Lifespan
- CushCore insoles are highly durable. Thus, there is no significant disruption of their structure even after months of use. They do not absorb liquids, so they do not affect the function of tubeless sealants.
