The Superpasso is a high-performance, multi-functional, versatile folding tire that suits a wide range of riders. Basic construction with TPI 150, which makes the tire very flexible, has low rolling resistance and provides high driving comfort. TriComp technology with a balanced combination of three rubber compounds on the tread and sidewalls gives you the confidence you expect from a premium racing tire: even wear, fast cornering, strong puncture protection and maximum wet and dry grip.

The tire has an integrated Sportex Protection Layer (SPL) in the tread. Thanks to which the risk of puncture is significantly lower than with a regular racing tire.

A useful feature is the Tread Wear Indicator (TWI), which helps you recognize when the tire is worn and needs to be replaced. The Vredestein Superpasso tire is designed to fit the latest wider rim profiles (19mm), ensuring a realistic tire width so you always know if the tire fits your frame.

Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.

This Dutch brand was established in 1909 and is one of the first bike tire manufacturers ever. They offer tires for road, MTB, city and cross bikes, but they also included tubulars and tubeless tires.
