WTB ThickSlick is the ideal urban tire for messengers and fixed gear. ThickSlick has a completely smooth, non-patterned surface that provides optimal traction on both smooth asphalt and rough street surfaces.
The smooth, non-tread rubber allows the tread to adapt to urban surfaces without the raised tread to slow you down.
Thick rubber provides protection against punctures from glass, nails and any other urban traps.
The larger volume of the rubber ensures a smooth ride, while also providing greater support to the fixed gear wheels. Another advantage of a larger portion of rubber is the extension of the life of the tire.
DNA mixture
The patented DNA compound offers the ideal combination of rolling efficiency and traction in a wide range of driving conditions. Whether it's bright and sunny or raining, this tire will give you traction and confidence. DNA ZMES is known for its versatility and longevity.
Flat Guard
Flat Guard provides additional protection against a puncture with additional rubber found throughout the tire and sidewall. At the same time, it ensures that the tire has better grip and stability in turns on the asphalt, and it also withstands occasional impacts to the curb. In addition, Flat Guard tires use an extra layer of rubber under the full width of the tread to provide even more thickness where the tires most often hit sharp objects.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.
