Pirelli Scorpion XC M ProWALL is a tire designed for XC and marathon. It has a low-profile block pattern with a small distance between them for a fast and confident ride on any hard surface, both dry and wet, thanks to the SmartGRIP rubber compound.
Tires with the M designation are an excellent choice on the marathon course, when the types of surfaces and terrains change and the balance between maintaining maximum speed and grip remains an essential element. A pleasant bonus is the long service life and reliability of the jacket. In summary, these technologies contained in the shell ensure this.
MTB tire features
- SmartGRIP rubber compound – excellent dry and wet grip throughout the life of the tire with increased tear resistance.
- Braid - 120tpi multi-layer nylon braid for light weight and great rolling.
- ProWaLL construction - protective reinforcement of the sidewalls for better puncture resistance.
- Tubeless-Ready – tubeless use with easy assembly and durable feet.
Top rubber compound, which is the result of Pirelli's many years of experience from off-road racing circuits around the world for 2 and 4 wheels. It is characterized by two diametrically opposed features:
- cut resistance: guarantees maximum mechanical grip and grip in dry conditions and higher puncture resistance along with longer service life
- wet chemical adhesion: there is no need to think about changing conditions, whether it will rain or whether there will be muddy and slippery sections on the track

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire- bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.
