Maxxis Minion DHF 29x2.60" WT EXO 3C MaxxTerra tire, TR, kevlar
Maxxis Minion DHF 29x2.60" WT EXO 3C MaxxTerra tire
Minion DHF is a legend among freeride and downhill tires. A standard that other competition tires try to approach. DHF can be used at the front and at the back (depending on the condition of the track). It has excellent driving characteristics, above all it sits perfectly in corners and holds the track perfectly when driving fast. It is designed for unreinforced natural surfaces, such as gravel, mud and clay. Inclined protrusions in the middle of the pattern reduce rolling resistance, transverse grooves in the pattern multiply the number of edges that are better maintained on an unpaved surface.
EXO - sidewall protection against cuts or punctures
|
The three-compound 3C technology offers minimal rolling resistance and extremely long tread life
|
WIDE TRAIL (WT) - the tire shape is optimized for use on 30-35 mm rims
|
TR - Tubeless ready Kevlar folding bead
|
Cord with a fibre density of 120 TPI

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire- bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.
