Maxxis Shorty 29x2.40" WT DH 3C MaxxGrip tire, TR, kevlar
Maxxis Shorty 29x2.40" WT 3C DH MaxxGrip tire
Maxxis Shorty is a MTB tire suitable for trail, enduro and DH with the possibility of tubeless design. The current world cup race tracks are steep and very technical with constantly changing conditions. Therefore, professional riders need an open, medium-high tread , ideal for dry and very unstable terrain , but also capable of riding in the wet and on mud. Shorty is therefore much more versatile than the Wetscream mud crusher.
WIDE TRAIL (WT) - the shape of the tire is optimized for use on rims with an internal width of 30-35 mm
The 3C triple compound offers minimal rolling resistance and extremely long tread life
DH Casing - double butyl side reinforcement against cutting and puncture
TR - Tubeless ready Kevlar folding bead
MaxxGrip provides the best traction on wet, steep roads with rocks and roots. However, with greater rolling resistance, climbs and flat sections will be more exhausting
