Maxxis Forekaster V2 29x2.40" WT EXO+ 3C MaxxTerra tire, TR, kevlar
Maxxis Forekaster V2 29x2.40" WT EXO+ 3C MaxxTerra tire
The original version of the Forekaster was designed as an XC variant for wet weather. The new version is suitable for trail bikes with lower travel (100-130 mm), i.e. " downcountry ". It is a versatile tire that rolls quickly and has good cornering traction. By comparison, the Forecaster V2 rolls faster than the Minion or even the Dissector, but provides more predictable cornering, climbing and braking traction than the Aspen or Rekon.
3C MaxxTerra is the best choice for all-round riding, with great traction and low rolling resistance
