The Verdict model is the most aggressive MTB tire produced by WTB.
Verdict is intended for conditions where great traction takes precedence over low rolling resistance.

Thanks to the flat profile, the robust lugs are constantly in motion and can dig deep into any terrain.

Sufficient open space between the individual protrusions enables them to be cut into the substrate even on the driest summer days and, on the contrary, to effectively self-clean from mud in the less friendly weather.
In addition, the Slash Guard nylon layer protects the sides of the tire from punctures.

TriTec blend:
TriTec uses three rubber compounds to provide different levels of traction, support and durability based on their placement in the tire. The whole pattern is supported by a very hard rubber base that goes up to half the height of the tread lugs and allows the use of softer compounds in the lugs without their deformation due to cornering forces. The top of the center lugs is composed of a medium-hard durometer compound that provides traction and durability without reducing roll efficiency, while the outer lugs are a softer compound that ensures maximum grip and slow rebound.

TCS Light vs TCS Tough:
TCS Light tires have a single ply while TCS Though are made up of two plies. XC and trail riders often choose TCS Light for their light weight. In contrast, enduro and e-bike riders prefer TCS Tough for their greater durability and support in loads. Some riders then choose TCS Light as the front tire, where the lower mass is more visible, and TCS Tough as the rear tire.

TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
