Tubeless Ready (TR)
- Tubeless tires have many advantages: you can drive with less air pressure. This results in better traction and the rolling resistance decreases. And where there is no hose, the risk of a breakdown also falls. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other "Tubeless Ready" tires. The bead of our TR tires is like a real UST tubeless tire completely covered with a rubber layer. As a result, the hose-free mounting of all rims with standard dimensions is successful on the first inflation and with little fluid.
EXO Protection
- This highly abrasion and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tight woven, light and very flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains unchanged.
Dual Compound - the harder central compound (62a) ensures low rolling resistance with slow wear, while the softer compound (57a) used on the sides offers excellent lateral formability and excellent tire grip in turns, whether in the rain or in the dry

TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
