Low rolling resistance, comfort and grip to handle different types of surface. Thanks to its properties, the Crosscut Gravel tire can handle rough roads, paved roads, unconsolidated gravel and loose clay. It is also designed for tubeless operation - this modern technology reduces the risk of a puncture and brings better driving characteristics.
PROPERTIES

  • the tread compound is optimized for driving on different types of surface - asphalt, gravel, dirt roads, ideally in a ratio of 30% paved surface and 70% unpaved
  • low-profile lugs evenly spaced in the middle keep the tire rolling quickly and provide perfect grip and traction not only on paved surfaces, but also on loose gravel or dirt roads
  • X-Shield protection against punctures ensures better resistance of the sides against punctures and the overall durability of the tire even with frequent driving in more demanding conditions
  • option to use with or without a tube (tubeless) – tubeless wheels bring a lower risk of a puncture, lower rolling resistance, better traction in corners and an overall more comfortable ride

Tires for gravel and cyclocross bicycles from Giant
Giant was established in 1971 in Taiwan, they are one of the largest bicycle producers in the world. In the beginning, they made bikes for other companies. Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
