The Choucas Pro is a minimalist and streamlined model, ideal for the most demanding trips and technical mountaineering. It has four gear loops, four ice screw holes on the hip belt, a waist buckle, and a reinforced belay loop for extreme versatility and technicality. It is ideal for use at higher altitudes, where safety and low weight of equipment are essential for successful summiting.Don't be fooled by the seemingly subtle design, this is a full-fledged seat. Its unique design allows it to be used even with crampons or skis on your feet. This makes it ideal for ski mountaineering, ice climbing and classic winter hiking in high mountains. It also works well with glacier bolts, thanks to special loops located on the legs, the bolts do not jingle and do not get in the way when walking on a glacier, for example.
The new, redesigned waist adjustment buckle allows for smooth and comfortable adjustment even with winter gloves. All buckles used in this model are made of a durable and lightweight material called acetal in combination with aircraft aluminum, which guarantees the highest strength while maintaining the lowest possible weight. The seat harness also has four gear loops that allow you to attach additional equipment that you may need while climbing.
