Petzl SPLIT rope backpack, 25 l, orange
The SPLIT rope bag with a volume of 25 liters can hold up to 120 m of rope. Inside it has a removable sheet under the rope. Thanks to the roll cap, it is more compact and easier to carry. It is equipped with shoulder straps and can be worn on the back as a backpack, over the shoulder as a bag, or hung from a backpack. SPLIT provides effective protection against dust and abrasion.
A rope bag that can hold up to 120 m of rope:
- Inside is a TARP sheet that can be detached and removed

- It is easy to pack without the need to wind the rope into the doll
Simple and functional:
- Adjustable backpack-like shoulder straps allow you to carry it on your back, over your shoulder, or on another backpack
- The compact shape does not interfere with movement and allows you to see your legs when worn on the chest
- Four colored loops in the corners of the sheet for tying the ends of the rope
- Roll-up entry opening as in a duffel bag
- Two possible ways of closing: after rolling the connection of the opposite buckles together like a boat bag, which creates an extra handle for transport, or connecting the opposite buckles to other side buckles (a more compact backpack)
Effective protection of the rope against dust and dirt:
- The bottom of the bag is reinforced and the shoulder straps are easy to clean
- The protective sheet provides a clear surface of 140 x 140 cm for the ropes
- The orange edges of the sheet allow for quick orientation with peripheral vision when belaying
- Durable outer fabric with coating for better abrasion resistance
