Grivel G14 NewMatic EVO (w/Antibott) crampons
- technical cats designed for ice climbing or demanding mountain climbing
- front durable forged spikes penetrate hard ice very well and are easy to adjust; two front tips can be used or, after rebuilding, a single tip; replacement tips can be purchased in case of wear
- chrome-molybdenum steel ensures high strength
- in the front part of the cats, the spikes are horizontal (for climbing) but also vertical (for easier climbing and traversing in icy terrain)
- the rear spikes have several teeth and notches to ease descents on rough terrain
- the patented 3D Stamp metal processing technology was used during production (a process that increases the resistance and strength of each individual part of the cats several times)
- the semi-automatic New-Matic fastening system is a combination of a classic binding on the front part and a quick-release lever on the rear part (cats can only be fastened to a firm boot equipped with a notch in the heel or to ski mountaineering boots)
- asymmetrical shape for left and right leg
- the front and rear parts are connected by a VALTER BAR segment
- thanks to the holes in this clutch, the shoes can be easily and quickly adjusted to the size of the shoes; for a small shoe size, the coupling must be turned 180 degrees
- on the bottom part of the cats is the Antibott system (every time you step on it, the rubber part bends and this prevents snow from packing)
- the cats are easy to pack (the front and back parts are easily inserted into each other and the plastic handles can be folded onto the cat's body thanks to the movable joint)
- supplied without packaging, we recommend the CRAMPON SAFE packaging
- some spare parts are also available
