Petzl WILLIAM TRIACT LOCK carabiner with automatic safety lock BLACK
The light asymmetrical WILLIAM carabiner is made of aluminum. It is a large pear-shaped HMS carabiner that is suitable for easy attachment of multiple devices. Its sleek interior design and Keylock system make it easy to handle. The WILLIAM carabiner is available in three versions of the lock safety device. WILLIAM can be used with the CAPTIV partition, which keeps the carabiner in the correct position, loaded in the main longitudinal axis, which is suitable for use with the abseil device.
The pear shape offers a large capacity:
- Makes it easy to attach multiple items
- Allows easy mooring of the half-ship loop for imperfect descent
- The aluminum carabiner is light and reduces the weight of the equipment that the worker needs to carry at height
Easier handling:
- The sleek interior design reduces the risk of a point of attachment and makes it easier to turn the carabiner
- Keylock system to prevent involuntary capture of the carabiner
H-shaped cross section:
- Provides a better strength-to-weight ratio
- Protects the label from abrasion
Three lock safety systems:
- TRIACT-LOCK: three-stage automatic fuse
- BALL-LOCK: three-stage automatic fuse with safety indicator
- SCREW-LOCK: screw lock with red stripe, which allows visual inspection of the carabiner lock
- Also available in black (TRIACT-LOCK and SCREW-LOCK versions)
