Petzl SPIN S1 OPEN one-sided pulley with a swivel
The SPIN S1 OPEN pulley with a movable sidewall, which can be opened even when the pulley is connected to an anchor point, is designed for maximum simplicity when assembling hoists, redirecting rope systems and tensioning traverses. Compact, reducing the weight and size of the system, which is especially useful for technical rescue. Encapsulated ball bearing pulley provides excellent efficiency. The swivel hinge facilitates the handling of the load under load and enables the direct connection of rope loops and carabiners. The detachable swivel hinge allows use with a wide range of other products (tripod, REEVE pulley, PAW anchor plates and more), which reduces the size of the system during assembly without the need for carabiners.

- Ropes or loops can be threaded directly without using carabiners
- Allows rotation of most carabiners meeting European standards
