Multifunctional rope blocker with integrated pulley for mountaineering, work at heights and rescue. It is robust, practical and intuitive. It has four different modes of operation: output mode, single pulley mode, rope blocker/pulley mode, or pulley mode with blocker for pulling the load.

  • Its versatility, compact dimensions and ease of use make it possible to shorten maneuvers with the rope to a minimum of time, material and space.
  • Enables rope ascent in accordance with EN 567 / EN 12841-B standards (ascent mode).
  • It can be used as a simple pulley to lift or carry a load in accordance with EN 12278 (pulley mode).
  • The integrated pulley with ball bearings can be used as a simple redirection that facilitates rope ascent or lifting people without the need for additional connecting elements (rope blocker/pulley mode).
  • It enables the direct lifting of the load, the creation of traction systems and the rescue or self-rescue of a person, e.g. falling into a crack (traction pulley mode with blocker).
  • When used in pulley mode, the rope is freely movable in both directions. On the other hand, when using the traction pulley mode with a blocker, the rope can only run in one direction and is blocked in the opposite direction.
  • When used in traction pulley mode with a blocker, the lifted load can be lowered by acting on a special cord connected to a cam inside the device.
  • Easy opening with an intuitive release button allows quick installation of the device on the rope - regardless of the mode in which it will be used. Even with gloves or when working in difficult conditions.
  • It is equipped with a steel cam with teeth that minimize rope wear, but effectively block it. In addition, the cam is designed with two grooves that limit dirt build-up, so the rope lock is very effective in any conditions (mud, frozen rope, etc.).
Warning! This device is not intended for fall arrest (EN 353-2 / EN 12841-A) or for self-belaying when climbing.
