Beautifully crafted hiking ice axe. The head and tip of the ice axe are made of high-quality stainless steel. The tip is forged so that all edges of the ice axe head are beautifully rounded. This makes the ice axe feel great in your hand. The bottom of the handle is covered with a rubber grip. This provides a more secure grip on the ice axe even when wearing gloves.Updated geometry allows for a more secure hold and efficient chopping, and the improved tip delivers better grip on icy spots with improved sinking ability.
