The Fenix ​​TK20R UE tactical rechargeable flashlight offers a luminous flux of up to 2800 lumens (ANSI). It is equipped with a top LED Luminus SFT-70, which in combination with a smooth reflector creates a well-focused light cone with an extraordinary afterglow of 465 meters. The package includes a Li-ion battery 21700 with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which is charged via the USB-C connector directly in the lamp. The charging socket is covered with a screw nut, so it is perfectly protected against water and dirt. On the end of the lamp there is a tactical switch and a FlexiSensa control rotary selector, which can be used to lock the lamp or select one of the two modes of use. In tactical mode, the light can be turned on to 2800 lumen mode or to a stroboscope with a variable frequency. In service mode, it is possible to choose between four lighting modes with a duration of up to 40 hours. Thanks to its massive design, this tactical light is as solid as a tank while maintaining a compact size. The robust design allows the light to be used on long weapons, so it is suitable for professionals, armed forces and hunting.

Use of the Fenix ​​TK20R UE lamp

From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use.

To turn it on, press the tactical button at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, hold the button. With the FlexiSensa control rotary selector at the end of the lamp, it is possible to choose between tactical and service lighting modes and locking the lamp.

Service mode - the lamp turns on in the last selected lighting mode, four power modes can be changed cyclically by pressing the button.

Tactical mode - the lamp turns on in the last selected lighting mode, a strobe and the highest output of 2800 lumens are available. Press the button to switch between modes.

Locking - the third position on the rotary selector locks the lamp and it cannot be turned on - suitable, for example, when transporting in luggage. The lamp can be locked in the off and on state, locking turns the lamp off at the same time. Unlocking also turns on the lamp in the last used mode of the respective mode.

Intelligent protection against overheating - due to the fact that the lamp reaches a huge output of 2800 lumens, there is an increase in temperature. If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 60°C, it is possible to use the highest power again.

Battery charge status indication - the charge indicator is hidden under the protective nut of the charging connector for tactical reasons, so it is necessary to unscrew the nut to check it. The lamp always indicates the battery charge status three seconds after switching on. Green indicates a sufficient state of charge (100% - 85%), green flashing 85% - 50%, steady red 50% - 25% and flashing red indicates a critically discharged battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is discharged, the lamp will gradually automatically switch to lower power modes, in the lowest mode it will flash 3 times every five minutes.

Charging the lamp - Unscrew the protective nut under the head of the lamp and use the included USB-C cable to connect it to a computer, USB network adapter or USB car adapter (not included). Any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can also be used for charging. During charging, the indicator LED opposite the charging connector lights up red, after full charge it lights up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 3.5 hours. The used Li-ion battery does not suffer from a memory effect, so the lamp can be recharged at any time. The lamp cannot be turned on during charging.

Warning

• Use only high-quality 21700 Li-ion batteries to avoid damage to the lamp, for example due to leakage of substances from the battery.
• Insert the batteries with the positive pole towards the lamp head.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is almost empty - charge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The back part of the lamp is loose, tighten it.
