The Fenix ​​PD36R V2.0 rechargeable tactical flashlight is equipped with a modern LED LUMINUS SFT-40 and provides a luminous flux of up to 1700 lumens and an afterglow of up to 396 meters. The package also includes a rechargeable Li-ion battery 21700 with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which is charged directly in the lamp via a modern USB-C connector. The lamp has six different lighting modes, which allow you to choose between high performance and long endurance. At the lowest mode , it can shine for up to 482 hours, which is 20 days of light in one piece. There are also stroboscopic flashes with a variable frequency for crisis situations.

The use

From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Before first use, remove it from the battery.

To turn it on, press the switch located at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, hold down the button. By pressing the side button near the lamp head, you can switch between power modes at any time during operation. To switch to strobe mode, hold down the side button for about 0.5 seconds.

Intelligent protection against overheating - due to the fact that the lamp achieves a high power, there is an increase in temperature. If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 60°C, it is possible to use the highest power again.

Battery charge status indication - each time it is switched on, the indicator LED in the side button of the lamp is activated for three seconds. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged to 25-50%. Blinking red means there is less than 25% battery capacity left.

Charging - unfold the rubber cover of the charging connector on the side of the lamp and plug in the attached cable (USB-C connector), plug the other end of the cable into the computer, or the USB adapter into the electrical network or car. The side button lights up red while charging. It lights up green when fully charged. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 2.5 hours, depending on the adapter used. During charging, the lamp can be used, but only in the 5 lumen lighting mode.

Warning of depleted batteries - the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest mode and the indicator LED in the side button will start flashing red.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons: 
  
  • The battery is dead, charge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The head, body or back of the lamp is loose, tighten them.
