Despite its miniature dimensions of less than 7 cm and a weight of only 24 grams, the Fenix ​​E05R rechargeable flashlight has a surprising output of up to 400 lumens (ANSI), which in BURST mode can illuminate up to a distance of 64 meters. It achieves these parameters thanks to the powerful LED XP-G2 S3 with a lifetime of 50,000 hours of light. It is powered by a built-in Li-pol battery with a capacity of 320 mAh, which is charged via a micro-USB connector directly in the lamp. With this capacity, it can light up to 30 hours in the lowest mode. It goes without saying that the high quality of the design, durability and waterproofness according to the IP68 standard. The four light modes, which are easily cycled through the button on the side of the lamp, make this light a great companion for everyday wear. Pinned on your keys, in your pocket, purse or backpack, it certainly won't take up much space.

The use

The lamp is turned on or off by holding down the button for 0.5 seconds. With further short presses, you can cyclically switch between light modes of 3 - 25 - 150 lumens. To activate the BURST mode of 400 lumens, hold the button for more than 1.2 seconds. After releasing the button, the lamp switches to the lowest lighting mode.

The control button can be locked so that it does not turn on by itself, e.g. when transported in luggage. Press the control button twice quickly (within 0.5 seconds). The lamp flashes twice in the lowest light mode and thus indicates locking. To unlock, quickly press the button twice again, the lamp will flash twice again and it is unlocked.

Protection against overheating - due to the miniature dimensions of the lamp and the high power in the highest modes, the lamp will automatically reduce the brightness as soon as the temperature exceeds 60 °C. After lowering the temperature, the highest modes can be activated again.

Charging

Unscrew the waterproof nut that covers the micro-USB connector. Then plug the charging cable into the USB connector of the computer, the USB adapter in the network or in the car. During charging, the indicator LED on the lamp lights up red, after full charge it lights up green. The standard charging time of a fully discharged lamp is 1 hour.
