Back in the dry
One of the advantages of ORTOVOX PEAK LIGHT backpacks is the SWISSWOOL HYBRID BACK SYSTEM combining premium materials and the latest technologies. The back system consists of a removable duralumin structure, technical foam and three zones of pressed SWISSWOOL wool - in the place where the most frequent contact with the back occurs. Wool absorbs 29 times more sweat than a regular foam back and does not cool like other materials. Physiotherapists also participated in this back system with the developers of ORTOVOX.Even weight distribution
The weight distribution is ensured by the padded wide waist belt and shoulder straps, which are cushioned on the inside so that they do not press on your neck. The shoulder straps are ergonomically adapted to the human figure. These straps can be tightened not only from below, but also from above, and the backpack will adapt better to your figure. The hip belt is connected directly to the back system and smoothly passes and surrounds the body. You won't feel any joints and will enjoy comfortable walking or climbing all day long. When the backpack is not full, you simply pull it down using the side straps.30% lighter backpack
For those who want to save even more weight, there is an option to remove several elements from the backpack. You can lighten the backpack by folding the backpack lid, removable waist belt padding, removable duralumin back structure, ice ax attachment and D-Skifix ski attachment. This way you can reduce the already low weight of your backpack by another 30%.In the version with a shorter back
This variant of the "S" backpack is designed for people with a back length of 36 to 44 cm. The backpack can also be purchased in a variant for those of you who have a back length between 42 and 50 cm. The length of the back is counted from 7. cervical vertebra to the upper part of the pelvis. The backpack is not only modified in the length of the back, but also changes in the shape of the shoulder straps and adjustment of the waist belt. The backpack thus fits perfectly and holds more firmly on the back.
