The redesigned PIEPS JETFORCE BT is the latest avalanche backpack produced by PIEPS, it is lighter, more refined and now also equipped with Bluetooth technology, which allows the backpack to be connected to the PIEPS APP mobile application, which enables the setting of some user functions.JETFORCE is the first avalanche airbag technology that uses a turbo fan to inflate the protective bag. It is a breakthrough system that draws air from an unlimited source: the atmosphere. The possibility of testing functionality without the need for subsequent replacement of components, repeated activation and unlimited travel by plane are the result of long-term cooperation between the renowned brands Black Diamond and PIEPS, the world's leading manufacturers of avalanche equipment. BD's high level of technology is behind a number of improvements to existing airbag systems, from the intuitive trigger mechanism to the highly durable yet compact fabric used to manufacture the airbag. The special electronics were developed and supplied by PIEPS, the world's leading manufacturer of digital avalanche finders. It includes, among other things, an automatic check of the functionality of the entire system every time it is turned on and a display of the current status using LEDs integrated into the handle of the trigger mechanism.

JET-FAN: the battery-powered turbo fan inflates the protective 170 l bag within 3.5 seconds. and then maintains the pressure for three minutes
AUTOMATIC CHECK: every time the system is switched on, the functionality of the system is automatically verified, the current status is permanently indicated using LEDs integrated into the handle of the trigger mechanism
LARGE AIRBAG: the protective 170 l bag is made of extremely strong and durable fabric, used for airbags in the automotive industry
AUTOMATIC INFLATION: the protective bag is automatically inflated after 3 minutes, creating an air pocket and facilitating eventual rescue Training: the protective bag can be folded and put back in the backpack in one easy way, activation training can also be done at home
