The minimalist down vest Mountain Equipment FROSTLINE VEST offers the thermal comfort that is so necessary during winter activities. With the waterproof DRILITE® Loft top material, you can wear it without any problems even in bad conditions, and at the same time you are sure that the feathers will not get wet immediately and will not lose their thermal insulation properties.

DRILITE® Loft 20 D - resistant to water and wind
DRILITE® Loft 20 D is a strong and light waterproof surface material with a PU coating. It is highly breathable and resistant to water and wind. It also has a water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface, which contributes even more to keeping the feathers dry even in wet conditions. The feathers are thus protected from getting wet and thus also from losing their heat-insulating properties. Thanks to its water resistance and low weight, the feathers maintain a high loft for maximum thermal insulation in any conditions.

Quality duck feathers with 700+ fill
Very high-quality duck feathers originating from China contain at least 90% down, its filling is at least 700 cuin and meets the ethical DOWN CODEX®. The feathers are gently cleaned with water without chemical treatment. This destroys mites and the environment for their life, which will be appreciated by allergy sufferers. Feathers retain their important fatness and loft, are packable well, have high insulation and low weight.

Feather vest with DRILITE® Loft 20 D waterproof material
The outer fabric of the down vest FROSTLINE VEST is made of DRILITE® Loft 20 D polyamide material, which protects the down from getting wet and thus also from losing its thermal insulation properties. At the same time, this material, thanks to its softness and lightness, enables the maximum loft (inflating the chambers) of the feathers, which significantly supports the thermal insulation properties.
Each chamber is individually filled with down with a minimum ratio of 90/10 with an excellent fillability of 700 cuin. The last chamber has a special shape that closes the space around the waist and minimizes heat loss. The lower hem can still be pulled down with the help of ingenious laces, the use of which is really intuitive. FROSTLINE VEST will be appreciated by all alpinists or lovers of high mountain tourism who need minimal weight, extra warmth and at the same time want to avoid wetting the feathers, which deteriorates the insulating properties.
Ultralight and packable
