JACKET CREATED FOR DIFFICULT SKIAL CHALLENGES
Karpos Alagna Evo is a highly technical jacket designed for female ski alpinists who need maximum functionality during demanding ascents and descents. Its special design in combination with precisely selected materials offers excellent protection against wind and cold without restricting breathability even during intense physical activities.
KEY FEATURES:
The jacket is made of three types of elastic polyamide fabrics, which are strategically placed to achieve an optimal balance between protection and breathability. These materials provide resistance against wind and cold, which is crucial for maintaining comfort during fast climbs, but also guarantee sufficient ventilation to prevent overheating of the body.
The front full-opening YKK® Vislon® zipper is equipped with a practical loop that facilitates handling even when wearing gloves, and an internal flap that prevents wind and cold from penetrating through the zipper. This system ensures fast and reliable fastening of the jacket even in the most unfavorable conditions.
Two front pockets with YKK® Vislon® zippers provide safe storage of small items. The pockets are equipped with loops for easy opening and closing. In addition, the jacket has two inner pockets, which are ideal for storing important things, such as ski belts or other equipment necessary for ski mountaineering.
The collar of the jacket is specially designed to provide increased protection against adverse weather conditions. It is ergonomically shaped and fits the neck area, increasing comfort and preventing heat loss.
There is an elastic hem at the end of the sleeves and at the bottom hem of the jacket, which ensures a snug fit without restricting the movement of the jacket. This helps to retain heat better and prevent cold air from penetrating under the jacket.
Safety is also important on the mountains, so the jacket contains reflective elements that increase visibility in poor lighting conditions, which you will appreciate especially during early morning ascents or evening descents.
The jacket has a narrow cut (Bodyfit) that perfectly follows the body, thus minimizing air resistance and providing maximum freedom of movement.
