Petzl STRATO VENT yellow work helmet
The STRATO VENT helmet is very light thanks to the CENTERFIT and FLIP & FIT systems, which ensure a safe fit of the helmet on the head. The chinstrap with adjustable strength allows the helmet to be used for work at heights and on the ground. It has vents with sliding caps that allow air to flow through the helmet. Thanks to the slot system for the integration of the Petzl headlamp, hearing protection and many other accessories, it is a completely modular helmet that meets the other specific needs of professionals.
Light and comfortable construction:
- EPP (expanded polypropylene) and EPS (expanded polystyrene) inner lining to reduce weight
- The CENTERFIT system enables perfect centering of the helmet on the head, controlled with two side wheels
- The FLIP & FIT system allows the headband to be placed in a low position, which ensures that the helmet sits securely on the head. The system folds into a shell for easy storage and transport
- Comes with a replaceable absorbent pad
Protection intended for work at heights and on the ground:
- The DUAL chin strap allows the worker to adjust the strength of the chin strap to adapt the helmet to different environments: working at heights (EN 12492) or on the ground (EN 397).
- The chinstrap buckle has two positions, which correspond to two purposes:
a) high strength, limiting the risk of losing the helmet during a fall
b) low strength, limiting the risk of strangulation if the helmet is caught when the user is on the ground - Shock absorption achieved by deformation of the inner lining
- The ventilation holes allow air to flow through the helmet
