- The ASCENSION manual rope blocker is primarily intended for rope ascents.
- The ergonomically shaped plastic handle holds well and is thermally insulated.
- The wide body allows the blocker to be gripped even with warm gloves.
- The lower connection holes have been combined into one oval, which allows the connection of several carabiners to one point.
- The upper holes can be used to switch the carabiner and thus attach the blocker to the rope (when using the blocker for self-belaying or in a hoist)
- Thanks to the cleaning slits, it also works on muddy ropes. Only one hand is needed to control the blocker, which makes it easier to overcome the anchor points of the fixed rope
- The upper part of the blocker is rounded and covered with a plastic handle, thanks to which it is possible to grasp the blocker from above with both hands.
- A safety latch is integrated into the body of the rope clamp to prevent snagging
- Cam latch with self-cleaning groove optimizes performance under any conditions (frozen/dirty rope)
- Wide lower opening for easy connection of two carabiners
- Upper connection hole for connecting the safety carabiner around the rope
