Mountain Equipment ECLIPSE PANT are popular fleece pants made of Pontetorto ® Tecnostretch material. They are highly breathable, excellent sweat wicking and quick drying. With its weight of 175 g, you will also be surprised by its excellent thermal insulation properties. They are an ideal bottom layer under a hardshell and when it is extremely cold, thanks to their high elasticity, you can also wear them over thermal underwear.

Top material PONTETORTO ® Tecnostretch
All segments of the ECLIPSE PANT fleece pants are made of PONTETORTO® Tecnostretch. The only difference is in the flat weight of the materials for the individual segments. Where we sweat more, lighter material is used. Specifically, it concerns the crotch area, the inner side of the thighs and the back of the knees. The PONTETORTO® Tecnostretch material has a grid structure on the inside that perfectly wicks away sweat and regulates body temperature. At the same time, the channels create air pockets, thanks to which the pants provide excellent thermal insulation, are exceptionally light, breathable and elastic.Against odor with Polygiene ® technology
Sweating is completely normal with any physical exertion. The sweat itself is not a problem, but if it gets on the textile, it creates an ideal environment for the growth of bacteria, which are subsequently the source of the smell. Polygiene ® technology is designed to create an inhospitable environment for these bacteria and prevent their growth and reproduction. This results in a significant reduction in odor. When applying Polygiene ® technology, the environment is taken care of, and therefore the entire application process is set to be kind to our nature and has the Bluesign ® mark (designation for ecologically sustainable textile production).Narrow cut and high elasticity
The ECLIPSE PANT pants have a narrow cut, but thanks to the PONTETORTO® Tecnostretch material, they are very elastic, comfortable and do not restrict any movements. The belt is made in such a way that it has the smallest possible volume, and the pants are therefore comfortably worn as an underlayer.
