Petzl AVAO BOD FAST 1 work harness EU
AVAO BOD FAST is a full-body work harness designed for fall arrest, work positioning and work in suspension. The wide, semi-rigid waist and leg straps provide excellent support. Its light and breathable construction maximizes airflow. The shoulder straps have a system of holders to put away the connectors of the fall arrester so that they are always within reach. The DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the connecting straps in the back part of the harness between the belt and the leg straps make it possible to shorten the distance between the leg straps and the belt in the case of using the back attachment point. The harness is equipped with a number of attachment elements for storing equipment and tools, loops for material, slots for CARITOOL material carriers and eyelets for TOOLBAG cases. The harness is fastened with a carabiner with a SCREW-LOCK lock and is certified according to European and Russian standards. AVAO BOD FAST has leg straps equipped with FAST LT automatic buckles.
Comfortable throughout the working day:

- When the belt is loaded with equipment, the weight is distributed to the shoulder straps
Convenient setting:
- Hip belt and shoulder straps equipped with DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles for quick and easy adjustment
- Leg straps equipped with FAST LT automatic buckles for quick and easy opening and closing without having to readjust even when wearing gloves
- Drop-absorbing MGO connector connectors on each shoulder strap allow connectors to be stowed away so that the connector loops are unobstructed while working and are always within reach
- In the event of a fall, the system releases the MGO connectors and enables the fall shock absorber to be activated
- The side attachment points can be folded down to prevent them from being accidentally caught when not in use
- The DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the connecting straps at the back of the harness enable the distance between the belt and leg straps to be shortened when using the back connection point. In the event of a fall, this setup ensures greater load distribution in the leg straps, so the user can stay suspended more comfortably while waiting for rescue
Makes it easier to carry and organize material:
- Six preformed loops for material with a protective jacket
- Two slots for CARITOOL material carriers
- Four slots for the TOOLBAG tool case
Connection points:
- Front connection point: connection of a rappelling device or connecting means for work positioning in simple mode
- Lateral connection points: connecting means of connection for working positioning in dual mode
- Chest attachment point: fall arrest system attachment
- Back attachment point: fall arrest system attachment
- Rear connection point on the belt: attachment of the restraint system
