EXPERT 3D speed steel / W0080DR
Harness with independently adjustable straps for rope access with wide padded waist belt, pants and shoulder straps. It is also suitable for worker positioning, fall arrest and rescue. EXPERT 3D harness variant with SPEED buckles and all metal elements made of steel.
  • the shoulder straps can be fully removed and the harness can only be used as a seat harness
  • the harness is certified according to the latest American standards ANSI Z359.11 and NFPA 1983 Class III
  • ergonomic and removable eyelets on the BIG/GIGA clutches on the shoulder straps allow the shock absorber clutches to be stored when not in use - in the event of a fall, the eyelets are released so that the shock absorber can safely evaporate
  • for easier revision, the harness is equipped with a fall indicator, in the area of ​​the back connection point, which is activated as a result of a fall - a red label signals the need to discard the harness
  • a very comfortable wide waist belt guarantees maximum comfort when working in a suspended position
  • the folded strength strap on the waist belt ensures that under normal working conditions the forces are distributed only to the padding
  • reflective strip on the shoulders and reflective strip and print on the waist belt increase the visibility of the harness (the black version of the harness is not equipped with reflective elements)
  • anatomically shaped panties and waist belt are protected by durable PES fabric for higher resistance to mechanical wear
  • SPEED buckles enable smooth and quick adjustment in the fastest time and with maximum comfort
  • shoulder straps and waist belt connected by a triple lock steel carabiner and a buckle in the back
  • a smart and quick solution for attaching the CAM CLEAN chest blocker; the plastic cap on the carabiner increases the life of the strap
  • pants and shoulder straps are independently adjustable
  • front and rear attachment points for fall arrest according to EN 361 additionally marked with an "A" label
  • front and rear connection point for connecting rappelling aids or positioning (EN 813, EN 358)
  • 2 lateral points for positioning with the possibility to adjust the position (EN 358)
  • 4 ergonomically shaped large loops for material with a load capacity of 5 kg
  • heavier objects up to 35 kg can be hung in the folded strength strap on the waist belt
  • additional loops on the pants and waist belt with a load capacity of 5 kg for better organization of the material
  • wide elastic band on the left shoulder strap for attaching a walkie-talkie or other device
  • connection shoulder points for rescue from narrow spaces (EN 1497)
  • slots on the hip belt for placing the PORTER carabiner for quick attachment of material
  • for higher resistance to corrosion, the steel clips are treated with E-coating technology and the steel positioning points are galvanized
  • the resistance of steel elements to corrosion is tested by spraying in a salt chamber for 48 hours
