Petzl SEQUOIA SRT 1 harness for arboriculture
SEQUOIA SRT is an arborist seat harness designed for single-rope ascents. It has one front connection point that allows the installation of a mechanical prusik ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS with accessories CHICANE and KNEE ASCENT. The extra-wide, semi-rigid waist and leg straps provide arborist comfort. The belt is equipped with an automatic FAST buckle for quick and easy opening and closing without losing adjustment, even when wearing gloves. The leg straps have FAST LT PLUS automatic buckles. Detachable connection points make it easy to connect a ZILLON or MICROFLIP connector or to install several connection bridges and accessories directly on the connection bridge. The harness also facilitates the carrying and organization of work aids and tools thanks to material loops and CARITOOL material carriers.
Harness intended for single-rope ascent techniques:
- Front attachment point for installation of ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical prusik with CHICANE and KNEE ASCENT accessories and rear buckle for attaching SECUR shoulder straps enabling the use of the CROLL chest blocker
Designed for comfort:
- Semi-rigid, wide waist and briefs for excellent positioning; shaped and lined with padding for hanging comfort
- Two detachable front connection points allow easy connection of ZILLON or MICROFLIP connection means or installation of several connection bridges (fixed or adjustable) and accessories directly on the bridge (RING, SWIVEL)
- The connecting bridge ensures lateral mobility
- Lateral positioning connection points allow the direction of the connector to be maintained during lateral movements
Convenient setting:
- The belt is equipped with an automatic FAST buckle for quick and easy opening and closing, without losing the adjustment, even when wearing gloves
- The leg straps are equipped with FAST LT PLUS automatic buckles with a locking system that reduces the risk of accidental unfastening
- The DOUBLEBACK buckles are used to adjust the height of the connecting bridge and allow the arborist to position himself comfortably
- The buckles have a plastic cover that guarantees security
Makes it easier to carry and organize material:
- Nine preformed loops for material with a protective jacket
- Five slots for CARITOOL material carriers
- Two eyes for a carabiner to attach a chainsaw or hand saw
- Elastic band for attaching the first aid kit
- For long-term suspension, it is possible to integrate a seat
