Friend Camalot Ultralight 0.75, by Black Diamond, is an updated and lighter version of the popular Camalot™ model. Thanks to the lower weight, it is the ideal choice for expeditions, during which the weight of the Ultralight model is 25% lower. The lower weight is mainly due to the use of Dyneema material, which is now in the loop instead of steel cable. The core of the body or the 14 mm loop is also made of Dyneema material. The Dyneema material consists of polyethylene fibers, which stand out for their extremely high strength.
The construction of friends Camalot Ultralight impresses with a system of two axes, which provide a larger span and easier wedging. For a perfect overview, the individual sizes are color-coded. In the table below you will find the parameters of individual sizes, which will make your choice easier.
