Petzl ATTACHE SCREW LOCK HMS screw carabiner, yellow
Thanks to its compact shape and SCREW-LOCK lock, the ATTACHE carabiner is designed to be used in a variety of belay configurations. The profile of the body of the carabiner is H-shaped to reduce weight, but the top of the carabiner has a smooth circular profile for the use of a half boat knot. The Keylock system helps prevent the carabiner from getting caught during use.
HMS carabiner with circular profile for securing:
- The upper part of the carabiner has a clean circular cross-section for belaying with a half boat knot, VERSO or REVERSO belaying brake
- The remaining part of the carabiner body has an H-shaped cross-section, which optimizes the ratio of strength to weight
- The pear shape is universal for mountaineering and alpinism
- The SCREW-LOCK locking system provides good handling and effective locking
- A visual red indicator makes it easy to check the locking of the carabiner
- The Keylock system and smooth nose help prevent the carabiner from snagging during use
- The carabiner can be used with an accessory, the dividing partition BAR, which prevents the carabiner from turning and transverse loading
- It is produced in three colors, yellow, gray and black
