The main features of the ORTOVOX SWITCHBACK 32 backpack are low weight and maximum functionality. Avalanche gear and a light ice ax stored in a separate safety compartment can be quickly removed in case of emergency, while everything in the main compartment is accessible through the fully opening back. Thanks to the special side pocket, you always have crampons and climbing belts at hand without having to remove the backpack. You can also easily fold the rope and skis even with a backpack on your back. Attachment for two climbing ice axes, daisy chain, rope attachment and helmet net complete the versatile equipment attachment options.

7 + 1 pockets
In addition to the main pocket, the backpack also has seven other pockets:- Separate pocket for shovel and probe. The equipment does not get in the way or get your things wet and is immediately at hand if needed
- Upper pocket for gloves, hat, glasses and other accessories that you take out repeatedly and want to have at hand
- Lower pocket for belts or cats - with an entrance on the side of the backpack, you can get into it without having to take the backpack off your back
- Waist pocket suitable for a phone, compact camera, GPS or other active things you want to have on hand for "flash use"
- A pocket on the shoulder strap suitable for a 250 ml soft water bottle
- Flat pocket suitable for a map, compass, tourist diary and other small items
- 1 pocket for storing the helmet net
