Product description

Magnesium bisglycinate is composed of magnesium bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Thanks to this, it is easily absorbed by the body. Glycine is an important amino acid for the body. Magnesium Bisglycinate can be recommended to all individuals focused on reducing fatigue and exhaustion, maintaining proper energy metabolism and the condition of muscles and bones.

Ingredients: Magnesium Bisglycinate, gelatin capsule, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Use and dosage: Adults 1-2 times a day 2 capsules, children 1-2 times a day 1 capsule. drink plenty of fluids during the day or before going to bed.
Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount.
