Product description

Inulin is a dietary soluble fiber, consisting of oligo- and polysaccharides composed of fructose units connected to each other by ß- (2,1) bonds. Almost every fructose chain is terminated by a glucose unit. It is slightly enzymatically hydrolyzed to increase solubility.
It makes it possible to improve the nutritional profiles of foods by adding fiber, replacing sugars, reducing the caloric value, reducing the glycemic index.

Inulin is not digested in the small intestine, therefore it does not increase the level of insulin and glucose in the blood. It has a pleasant taste, improves the aroma of food, e.g. yogurts and has 30% sucrose sweetness. You can use it as a substitute for sugar or glucose syrup. Also suitable for diabetics.

Use and dosage: The recommended daily dose is 15 grams, mix 5 grams into food or dissolve in a drink.

Restriction: Not intended for children under 1 year.

Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
