Why you should use Beta Fuel
As an endurance athlete who exerts the body for a period usually longer than two hours, you need to consume 80-120 g of carbohydrates per hour to ensure quality and competitive performance. Science in Sport Beta Fuel dual source energy gel provides an optimized 40g of carbohydrates in a single convenient gel solution with minimal risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, allowing you to maintain optimal performance.
