StillMass BCAA 2:1:1 Instant, glutamine, 1000 g, lime + pear
BCAA (from Eng. Abbreviations "Branched Chain Amino Acids") are branched amino acids that got their name from the chemical formula that resembles a tree branch. BCAAs include valine, leucine and isoleucine. Purpose: Suitable for increasing physical performance. A supplement supporting the formation of muscles containing branched-chain amino acids. When administered before performance, they increase energy and strength. During exercise, they save muscle glycogen and reduce the formation of lactic acid. Administered after exercise, they improve muscle regeneration and increase the body's positive nitrogen balance. They increase the secretion of growth hormone. BCAAs are in instant form, dissolve well and have a refreshing taste. In combination with L-Carnitine, their effectiveness increases.
1) All amino acids (including BCAA) are the basic unit for protein formation and they represent the basic building block of all tissues, including muscle fibers. BCAAs make up to a third of muscle proteins.
2) BCAAs are metabolized directly in the muscles and not in the liver, where they start the process of protein synthesis. They are preferably used as a building block, but under certain conditions also as fuel providing energy to working muscles.
3) They have an anti-catabolic effect, they help maintain muscle mass, especially with limited caloric intake and during high-intensity training.
4) They limit the formation of lactic acid in the working muscle, which makes it possible to prolong sports performance, handle more intense training and speed up regeneration. At the same time, they increase endurance during speed and endurance sports activities.
5) BCAAs are mainly used around training, because it is during this period that the working muscle needs building blocks and, in the case of a caloric deficit, an immediate source of energy (if the body has a lack of carbohydrates and fats). After training, it is necessary to repair "torn" muscle fibers and reduce the production of lactic acid. In the period without physical exertion, it is advisable to take BCAA in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed.
6) The BCAA ratio always expresses the percentage of leucine, isoleucine and valine represented in the product. BCAA 2:1:1 Instant in the natural version contains approximately 46% leucine, 23% isoleucine and 23% valine. In flavored versions, this percentage is slightly lower due to the content of other auxiliary substances, sweeteners, aromas, etc. Leucine is the most anabolic amino acid and its daily consumption is the highest for the human body, therefore it is represented in the largest amount.
7) They are in instant form, which means that they are very soluble (even in cold water).
BCAAs are suitable for supplementation of any sports activity (strength, endurance, speed, power-endurance sports, etc.). They are suitable for very active and competitive athletes, but also for recreational athletes (they protect muscle mass and accelerate regeneration).

Use and dosage: The recommended dose is 2x2g. When used on an empty stomach at least half an hour before a meal, the product can induce hypoglycemia - increased insulin production. The most suitable time of ingestion is in the morning before meals or at the end of physical exertion or stress. To supplement branched-chain amino acids without the need for insulin production, the preparation can be used at any time during the day, after a meal.
Warning: It is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women, people without increased physical or mental stress, caution is necessary for people prone to hypoglycemia or with limited carbohydrate intake, especially with higher doses. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Allergen: Soy: Soy lecithin
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
