Hydroxymethylbutyrate, also known as HMB, is a metabolite of the essential branched-chain amino acid L-leucine. It is very popular for supporting the achievement of training goals, with an emphasis on increasing performance and a muscular and at the same time defined figure.

Recommended dosage of the product HMB 4500:
* The daily dose for athletes is a maximum of 5 capsules.
* Training days: take 3 capsules 60 minutes before training and another 2 capsules immediately after training.
* Non-training days: take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and another 2 capsules approx. 30 minutes before lunch.
* The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use of the HMB 4500 product: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules gradually and drink a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Kapsulu nehryzte! After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ° C and consume within 3 months.
