Combination of amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine, supplemented with vitamins B5 and B6. The product is sought after for reducing the rate of fatigue and exhaustion and supporting normal energy metabolism.

Recommended dosage of BETA-ALANINE COMPRESSED CAPS: take 2-4 capsules 60 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

 Use of the product BETA-ALANINE COMPRESSED CAPS: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules and drink a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Kapsuly nehryzte!
