Instant mix for easy preparation of delicious protein pancakes, fritters and waffles.
It is composed of high-quality milk protein and a mixture of rice and buckwheat flour, without added sugar, gluten, preservatives or dyes. Simple preparation ensures a perfect snack full of protein.

Use: 1 measuring cup = approx. 20 g. Thoroughly mix a dose of 50 g (2.5 scoops) in 100 ml of water until a smooth dough is formed. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Podávajte teplé. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25ºC and consume within 2 months.

Recommended dosage: a dose of 50 g is suitable as breakfast in the morning and in the afternoon, always with a gap of at least 60 minutes from the next regular meal. It can also be taken after physical activity. A single dose should not exceed 100 g of the mixture.
