Recommended dosage of the product 100% WHEY PROTEIN: mix a dose of 30 g in 250 ml of water. Depending on the daily protein requirement, consume 1-3 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 3 doses per day. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Use of the 100% WHEY PROTEIN product: 1 scoop = approx. 15 g. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
